Fujitsu hands-on Service Tool Training at the Bob Kayser Training Center on Oahu. Each session is limited to 10 students and attendees will be selected by lottery, with selected students notified by email.

- Brief product overview with new R32 equipment.
- VRF Service Tool laptop program: connecting, data points, troubleshooting, and forced cooling.
- Commissioning for J-Series and V-Series equipment.
- Pump down and open EEV procedure.
- Using control board settings on the condenser for troubleshooting.
- Common errors, common faults, top service tips, and Q&A.
- Bonus introduction to the H-Series Service Tool.
