Hokulani Golf Villas
Fujitsu "J" Series Air Conditioning System
Hokulani is a premier residential community located on Maui's sunny southern coast. It features spectacular panoramic ocean, mountain and golf course views. This private paradise in one of the world's most desirable settings is 100% air conditioned using Fujitsu Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology. Each one of the architectural masterpiece homes designed by Riecke Sunnland Kona and built by Signature Homes of Hawaii include a Fujitsu "J" Series Air Conditioning System.
A single 48,000 Btuh "J" Series provides cooling for homes from 1832 square feet to 2515 square feet. The ultra-quiet and compact "J Series" outdoor condensingunit is perfect for this upscale community and does not distract from the architectural integrity of the design. Each cooling zone within the homes is served by an individual duct type fan coil which gives the appearance of a standard central ducted system. The difference is however, that the Fujitsu system offers "zone control" which greatly reduces operating costs. With the Fujitsu system the homeowner will only cool the rooms that are occupied. When rooms are not in use, the refrigerant flow is bypassed to the rooms that are calling for cooling. This means that you can operate air conditioning in your bedroom without having to cool the downstairs or other rooms that are not occupied.
